- Q. Do I need to purchase anything to enter or win the Instant Win?
- A. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the Instant Win.
- Q. How do I enter the Instant Win?
- A. Visit www.WinWithChef.com and complete the online registration form as directed. Completed entry form must be submitted according to the Official Rules online and within the promotional timeframe. Registration required on first visit only. Subsequent visits require only a logon.
- Q. Registration and Logon are asking that I enter a code. Where can I find the code?
- A. Codes are found on specially marked Chef Boyardee packages. Enter the first 8 digits of the code printed on the bottom of specially marked packages.
- Q. Do I need to enter a code to enter?
- A. Yes. If you do not have a code, submit your email below to request one. A code will be emailed to you.
- Q. Am I eligible to enter?
- A. You must be 8 years of age and a legal resident of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico. Complete eligibility requirements are listed in the Official Rules at www.WinWithChef.com
- Q. When can I enter?
- A. Eligible entries will be accepted between 12:00 a.m. EDT on December 1, 2013 and 11:59 p.m. EDT on February 18, 2014 at www.WinWithChef.com
- Q. How do I enter?
- A. To enter, visit www.WinWithChef.com complete the registration form, including entering a code found on specially marked packages of Chef Boyardee, as directed and submit according to the Official Rules online. You must complete all required data in order to be eligible to win.
- Q. What can I win?
- A. An Xbox One Entertainment System and Zoo Tycoon game.
- Q. How many prizes will be awarded?
- A. There will be 5 daily winners from December 1, 2013 through February 18, 2014.
- Q. Can I enter more than once?
- A. Entries are limited to one entry per day per person and/or email address.
- Q. Why do I need to provide you with my personal information?
- Q. How will I know if I’ve been selected as a winner?
- A. If you are under 13 and are selected as a potential winner, your parent will be notified via email with instructions regarding how to continue with acceptance of the prize. In order to proceed, Parent must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of being notified. If your Parent opts you out of participation in the Instant Win or does not respond within the allowed timeframe, you will no longer be able to play the Instant Win and you will not be awarded a prize, even if you received notification that you are a potential winner.
If you are 13 and over, you will be notified via email with instructions regarding how to continue with acceptance of the prize.
- Q. What is the value of the prize?
- A. The Approximate Retail Value of each Xbox One Entertainment System and Zoo Tycoon game is $559
- Q. What is meant by “Potential Winner”?
- A. An entrant who is selected during a random drawing is considered a “Potential Winner” until they have been verified. A Potential Winner’s Parent may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release, which must be received by Sponsor within three (3) days of the date on the notice. If a Potential Winner cannot be contacted, fails to execute and return the Affidavit within the required time period, or prize is returned as undeliverable, or he/she refuses his/her prize for any reason, potential winner forfeits the prize and Sponsor will select an alternate winner by random drawing.
- Q. If I’m a confirmed winner, when can I expect to receive my prize?
- A. Your Xbox One Home Entertainment System and Zoo Tycoon game will be delivered in 8-10 weeks of confirmation.
