Q. What are the prizes for this promotion?

Q. How many prizes could I win?
A. You'll have the chance to win up to 10 Redbox® 1-day DVD rentals per person. For all other prizes, one instant win prize and one sweepstakes prize per person.
Q. I won the instant win game, but never received an email with more details. What should I do?
A. To make sure you get emails, add to your address book. Fill out the form below to let us know you didn’t receive your win email.
Q. How will I know if I'm the sweepstakes winner?
A. The winner will be contacted on or around May 1, 2014. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided upon registration.
Q. I got a message that I've already entered today, but I haven't. What should I do?
A. First, make sure you are visiting directly rather than a bookmarked page in your browser. You may also need to clear your Temporary Internet Files. Just click 'Tools' on the menu bar at the top of your browser and select 'Internet Options' from the drop down menu. Choose the 'Delete Files' button and delete all of your Temporary Internet Files. This should help.
Q. I think I’m having technical issues. What should I do?
A. Sometimes it's a simple thing like updating your browser. Check to be sure that you have a modern version of Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari. Also, you may want to be sure you have the latest Flash player (it's free!) and check your browser preferences section to be sure JavaScript is enabled.
Q. Where do I find a code?
A. If you have purchased a specially marked package of Orville popcorn, after you pop your popcorn, you will find the code by peeling away the red plastic lid to reveal the code within your Pop Up Bowl. To obtain a code without making a purchase of popcorn, please click here to view the process within the Official Rules.
Q. I’m having trouble entering a code. What should I do?
A. Make sure you are entering the code exactly as shown. In most cases, this means you would not include spaces and use all lowercase letters where applicable.
Q. My popcorn bag was damaged and I cannot read the code. How do I get a new one?
A. Please see the Official Rules to learn how to obtain a code without needing to purchase a new package of popcorn.
Q. How many codes can I enter per day?
A. You may enter up to three codes per day. Each code is an instant win chance, and a sweepstakes entry into the Grand Prize drawing.
Q. I have recently moved or updated my email address. Can I change my registration information for this promotion?
A. We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to the number of entries we receive, we are unable to change registration information unless you are awarded a prize. If you do win a prize during the promotional period, please contact and provide your updated information.
Q. Why can’t I use my P.O. Box address on the registration form?
A. Your home address allows us to identify your residence for eligibility purposes.
